1. How do I make an order?

It only takes 5 easy steps!

Step 1: Select the product you like

Step 2: Add to cart and add-on items (if any)

Step 3: Select your delivery date

Step 4: Insert your billing and shipping details

Step 5: Make your payment and we’ll be creating your special gift for you

You’ll receive an order confirmation sent to your email with an order number.

2. Do you have a cut-off time for Same-Day Delivery

Yes, we do! Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 4:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Please place your order by 4:00 PM for same-day delivery.

(Closed on Malaysian Public Holidays)

3. What is the Delivery Fee?

The delivery fee is calculated based on your delivery area and will be automatically displayed once the delivery address is entered at checkout.

4. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can also choose online bank transfer (FPX) or e-wallets (such as Grab and Boost) via Payex at checkout.

5. Are payments on your site secure?

We work with Payex to make shopping online safe. Payex holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held by us or accessible to us.
