Aceptance Order Policy

Love Gift Enterprise reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. In the event of order rejection, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the order.


Delivery of Your Order

Please refer to the following details:

We deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Melaka, Seremban, Shah Alam, Klang, Petaling Jaya, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Subang, Selangor, Ipoh, Penang, Alor Setar, and Kedah.

Monday - Sunday: Please place the order latest by 4:00 PM for same day delivery

(Closed on Malaysian Public Holidays)


Cancellation policy

 If you wish to cancel your order after your order is accepted by us, you shall inform us by contacting us at +6011- 37006062 at least three (3) days before the intended delivery date. Any request for cancellation after our acceptance that is made less than three (3) days shall not be entertained.


Product and Substitution Policy

All products and flowers are subject to availability. If supply issues occur or items do not meet our quality standards, we reserve the discretion to make substitutions with similar items of equal or greater value without notice. Substitutions may include flower types, colors, wrapping paper, ribbons, baskets, vases, fruits, and other materials used in our arrangements.

If a suitable substitution is unavailable, we will notify you and provide a full refund. Please note that bouquet size, color, and bloom stages may differ slightly from images due to the natural qualities of flowers. Thank you for your understanding.


Payment

  1. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Payex.
  2. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.


Changes to your order

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us at +6011-3700 6062. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes; however, we can only guarantee modifications made by 11:00 AM, Three (3) days before the scheduled delivery date. This includes changes to the delivery address and card message. Please note that processed orders cannot be modified.


Delivery Policy

1. Product prices listed on our website do not include delivery charges.

2. While we strive for timely delivery, Love Gift Enterprise cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or factors beyond our control.

3. In case of non-delivery, please contact us at +6011-3700 6062 within one (1) day of the scheduled delivery date to claim a refund. Failure to do so will forfeit any right to a refund.

4. We do not deliver to PO boxes. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to choose an alternate delivery method without prior notice.

5. The customer is responsible for ensuring the recipient is available at the specified address at delivery time. No refund will be issued if the flowers are delivered to the provided address. If a delivery needs rescheduling or rerouting upon request, an additional fee may apply based on the location.

As flowers/bouquet are highly perishable items, customer is require to update us the next course of action within 24 hours.


Return and Refunds Policy

1. If your order is cancelled by us, we shall refund the payment made by you in cash.

2. If your order is cancelled by you or any changes of order requested at least three (3) days before the intended delivery date, we only provide refund in credit form, of the same value of your order for your next purchase.

3. Any cancellation or changes requested by you is made less than three (3) days from the intended delivery date shall not be entertained and payment made shall not be refunded.

4. Any refund request due to any alleged damaged products, we shall assess and consider on case-to-case basis.

5. To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered.

6. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account.
